Chief Meteorologist
The rain and snow continues tonight with snow levels starting to slowly rise and we should start to see improving conditions on the mountain highways through the day on Thursday. The next concern will be the risk for flooding including mudslides and debris flows as a result of this steady rain. Still a lot to monitor so keep a close eye on the forecast right here at Weather NorCal as we take you through the rest of the week.
